This client-centered philosophy is woven into the DNA of our team and stems from the vision of our founder, Jeremey Weiss. Before entering real estate, Jeremey dedicated nearly two decades to the healthcare field in Maryland, including over seven years at the world-renowned R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center.

 

In addition, he has served as a volunteer firefighter in Anne Arundel County for over 24 years. Helping others is not just his profession—it’s his life’s calling.
